This is a starting draft for TATATECH to review with its attorney before launch.

The service

TATATECH TouchPoint, operated by TATATECH Technology LLC, gives members a personal scan page, QR codes, and a console to track the people who respond to their cards. Paid plans are billed by TATATECH and can be cancelled anytime.

Your responsibilities

Send cards only to people you have a relationship with or who expect to hear from you. Don't use TouchPoint for spam, misleading offers, or anything illegal. Don't promise income or results you can't back up. TATATECH may pause any card link that's misused.

What we collect

When someone scans a card, we record the time, the campaign, and a one-way hashed form of their network address to count unique scans. If they choose to share their name, contact details, and interests, those go to the member who sent the card and to TATATECH. We don't sell personal information.

Deleting data

Members can delete any lead from their console. Anyone who shared details through a card can ask us to delete them by emailing support@tatatech.net.

No guarantees

Results depend on your list, your message, and your follow-up. TATATECH doesn't promise any number of scans, leads, or sales.
